Wholesale: Unique Identity NZ Ltd, is a supplier to businesses only. New customers please provide proof of business: e.g. business card, business registration, website etc
Ordering: please supply your contact and delivery details, quote the code number, description, colour and price per item so that we can accurately fill your order.
Minimum order quantities apply, as quoted in the catalogue or website.
Minimum order NZ$50 + GST per order. Quoted prices do not include GST.
Delivery times: There is usually some ready-made stock available but some items are manufactured after an order is received, so please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please feel free to ask if there is ready-made stock available. We may well be able to supply you sooner.
Availability: From time to time components become unavailable, the price of metal changes or international exchange rates alter. We will inform you as soon as possible if your order should be affected.
Payment: Payment is required in advance of delivery by cash, cheque, internet banking, PayPal, Western Union or International Transfer.
Deposit: A deposit of 20% is required for all confirmed orders over NZ$500
International purchases: For amounts under NZ$500 please use Paypal or Western Union.
Accounts: Approved account holders are required to make payments on or before the 20th of the month following the invoiced date.
Packaging: All care is taken with packaging to ensure you receive your order in good condition. Any product damaged in transit must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Postage/Courier: Charges are calculated after the assembly of an order. Parcels are delivered by various courier tracking services unless the customer specifies otherwise. International deliveries quoted individually. Pick up is not available.
